MUSC Children’s Hospital volunteers packing comfort kits for Haiti

The Pimlico Ladies Club is preparing 200 comfort kits at the Pimlico Community Center

Through the MUSC Children’s Hospital Volunteer Program, the Pimlico Ladies Club in Moncks Corner will be preparing comfort kits for Haiti at the Pimlico Community Center on Tuesday, March 9 at 10:00 a.m.
To date, they’ve delivered over 3,800 comfort kits to MUSC children’s inpatient rooms, women’s services and the emergency room. The Children’s Hospital Volunteer Program is sending 200 kits through a MUSC team traveling to Haiti.
The kits include basic travel size toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, deodorant, mints, washcloths and hand towels).
