MUSC Earth Day Festival set for Thursday, April 21

Background: Earth Day is the day designated for fostering appreciation of the earth’s environment and awareness of the issues that threaten it. Learn how to compost, see rain barrels and solar panels at work. Grab an organic lunch from a local and sustainable food vendor.
MUSC’s Sustainability and Recycling Program began on Jan. 15, 1993. The Sustainability & Recycling Program serves the entire population of MUSC’s Academic Medical Center with over 11,000 students, faculty, staff, patients, visitors and contractors spread over an 82-acre complex, with 93 buildings.
