NAI Avant's Claud Sapp Achieves the CCIM Designation from the CCIM Institute

Columbia, S.C. (July 16, 2007) – Columbia, S.C.-based commercial real estate firm NAI Avant is pleased to announce that Claud Sapp, a member of the firm’s brokerage services team, has achieved the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation awarded by the CCIM Institute.
CCIM designees are recognized experts in commercial and investment real estate and are invaluable resources to commercial real estate owners, investors and users. Only six percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, reflecting not only the caliber of the program, but also why it remains one of the most-coveted and respected designations throughout the industry.
