Nestle Co. is Expanding in Greer

GREENVILLE, SC – May 29, 2012 – Nestle DSD Co. is expanding with an additional warehouse at 825 Berry Shoals Road in Greer. This will be a distribution center for their ice cream and pizza products. Kevin Bentley, SIOR, Senior Vice President for Lee & Associates-Greenville just represented the owner, Bell-Garrett, LLC in a 15,000 square foot lease transaction.
