O’Neal Village announces phase four development

The developers of O’Neal Village will open the fourth phase of the mixed-use community in Greer. This 179 lot phase will include both townhomes and single-family homes. Crescent Homes and Sabal Homes, the home builders of O’Neal Village, will begin home construction this summer. Phase 4 will also include several pocket parks and a linear park that will add to the community’s extensive amenities.
“We’re pleased to complete the development of phase 4 and to provide additional lots for our builders and future residents,” said Matthew Brunner, president of Chesapeake Capital Partners, one of the developers of O’Neal Village. “The most exciting part of this adventure is that the first four phases of the community represent only 60 percent of our full vision for O’Neal Village.” At complete buildout, O’Neal Village will include 585 homes and a commercial village.
The newest phase, which was recently approved by the City of Greer, provides 184 lots of different sizes and styles, which will enhance the already successful community. Future plans also include the expansion of the commercial portion of the Village Square.

Chesapeake Capital Partners and The Randolph Group will retain architectural control of all homes and commercial space to maintain the overall character of the community.
