Patriotic Fruit Skewers

Healthy Hands Cooking
- 12 wooden skewers
- 12 strawberries, washed & dried, stems removed
- 12 large blackberries, washed and dried
- 1 large banana
- 6 oz. Blueberry Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. lemon
Directions:
- Remove stems from strawberries.
- Store cleaned strawberries and blackberries in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Cut banana into twelve 1/2″ rings.
- Place one blackberry, one slice of banana, and one strawberry on each skewer.
- Stir yogurt until smooth.
- Fold lemon juice into yogurt and serve as a dipping sauce on the side.
