Patriotic Fruit Skewers

  • 12 wooden skewers
  • 12 strawberries, washed & dried, stems removed
  • 12 large blackberries, washed and dried
  • 1 large banana
  • 6 oz. Blueberry Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. lemon

Directions:

  1. Remove stems from strawberries.
  2. Store cleaned strawberries and blackberries in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Cut banana into twelve 1/2″ rings.
  4. Place one blackberry, one slice of banana, and one strawberry on each skewer.
  5. Stir yogurt until smooth.
  6. Fold lemon juice into yogurt and serve as a dipping sauce on the side.
