Roebuck Buildings announces three new shareholders
May 29, 2019Roebuck Buildings announces the addition of three minority shareholders to its ownership. Effective January 1, 2019, the following shareholders were added:
- Ken Anderson, Vice President of Administration
- Jason Fisher, Senior Vice President of Operations
- Ryan Mabus, Vice President of Project Development
Dean Anderson, President, remains the majority shareholder.

In our quest to build better buildings and to build better than the competition, we must continue to build better talent, processes, and programs that provide the strong foundation necessary for this growth,” says Dean Anderson, President. “We are very pleased to add Ken, Jason, and Ryan as shareholders as they embody our philosophy, contributing to the success of our clients and our firm.”
Ken Anderson joined Roebuck Buildings in 2015 after spending five years in commercial real estate. He has been promoted to Vice President of Administration.
In his new role as Vice President of Administration, Ken’s responsibility will be to oversee internal business functions and processes to improve and maximize operating efficiency.
Jason Fisher has been in the construction industry for nearly three decades, and is one of the firm’s most seasoned executives.
Jason has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations and will provide leadership and direction to the Safety Director, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen and Craft personnel at Roebuck Buildings. He will continue to develop policies and procedures that will maintain our position as a leader in quality, performance, and safety in our industry. Additionally, he will maintain his role in cultivating productive relationships with Clients, Partners, and Subcontractors in the preconstruction and operations phases.

Ryan Mabus joined Roebuck Buildings in 2012. He has spent fourteen years in the construction industry.
Ryan has been promoted to Vice President of Project Development. In his new role he is tasked with elevating client experience, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading the preconstruction team in continued focus on core markets and exploration of new markets.
