Native South Carolinian Tripp Smith (pictured right) grew up in Charleston where he cultivated an appreciation for the beauty of the lowcountry. Over the last 14 years, he has personal experience in the purchase and sales of residential properties. With a high level of customer service and acute attention to detail, he will find exactly what you are looking for. He is a 1994 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in media arts. Tripp also pursues freelance and fine art photography with a love for the outdoors. He lives on James Island with his wife Jessica and their 3 year old daughter. His casual and laid back attitude makes his clients at ease, which allows them to enjoy their real estate experience!
Rosemary Stafford (pictured left) has over 25 years experience in Charleston in commercial real estate sales, leasing and commercial property management. Her work emphasis includes shopping centers, office buildings and warehouses in the tri-county area.
Rosemary has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from St. Mary’s Dominican College in New Orleans and is originally from Atlanta.
During her career, Rosemary has worked as a Commercial Realtor with The Keenan Company of Charleston, Norton & Sanford and as Broker In Charge of Spectrum Properties. She served as Secretary, Treasurer and Vice-President of the Commercial Industrial Division (CID) of the Charleston Trident Board of Realtors and is a CCIM candidate. Jim Fralix Jr. (pictured left) is now affiliated with Elaine Brabham Real Estate Associates at 1890 Sam Rittenberg Blvd; #217. Jim is a Graduate of The Citadel (BSEE) and George Washington University (MBA). He retired as the Chief Staff Officer at Charleston Naval Shipyard in 1993 and has been a realtor serving the Tri-County area for seventeen (17) years.
