SouthLand Properties, Greenville-based residential property rental company, launches new Facebook page

SouthLand Properties of South Carolina, LLC, a Greenville–based company that specializes in owning, managing, and leasing condominiums and duplexes in quiet, older Greenville neighborhoods, has launched a new Facebook page. The Facebook page will offer more detailed looks into SouthLand’s rental properties, with a mix of posts about Greenville history and growth, its neighborhoods, and the domestic qualities that transform a house into a home.

“We hope this page will offer helpful information on living in this beautiful city, and also serve as a resource to Greenvillians (and those who want to be Greenvillians) whether they rent from SouthLand or not,” said Nancy Baldwin, founder and president of SouthLand Properties. “I have lived in Greenville for most of my life, and have spent the past fifty years finding and buying homes for rent. In a way, when I see a SouthLand property, I also see the history and development of Greenville as well. Each property has a story to tell, and I hope we can share some of that story on our Facebook page.”

SouthLand Properties specializes in offering condos and duplexes for rent in quiet, older neighborhoods near downtown Greenville, including McDaniel Avenue, North Main, Augusta and Faris Roads.

“We’re not a typical property management company,” said Baldwin. “All of our properties are privately owned by SouthLand, and we are a small company — only three of us manage the properties and take care of our tenants. I think it’s our personal, attentive service that sets us apart. It has been a privilege to develop warm relationships with people who have rented SouthLand homes for many years.”
