SPARTANBURG, SC – May 4, 2011The City of Spartanburg and Spartanburg County are sponsoring the Building Communities – Bridging  Gaps Neighborhood  Conference.

The purpose of the Building Communities-Bridging Gaps Conference is to educate, empower, and enlist residents in an effort to build and strengthen neighborhoods in Spartanburg County.  The theme focus this year will be We Are Spartanburg….Leading the Way at Every Level.

The conference will include speakers from NeighborWorks America, a national organization that delivers many community-focused programs and services.
