The Beach Company Brokers the Assemblage of a Retail Center in Mount Pleasant

CHARLESTON, SC – January 30, 2009 –Beach Commercial is pleased to announce that Executive Development completed a retail site assemblage for a future Harris Teeter-anchored shopping center in Mt. Pleasant. The site located at the corner of Highway 17 North and Six Mile Road in Mount Pleasant, SC is approximately 12 acres. The complete assemblage of the development took about two year’s time, and it is comprised of four separate tracts of land. Brian Stern of Beach Commercial represented three of these land transactions for Executive Development.
A large portion of the site was a mobile home park that was outdated. Executive Development, working in tandem with the owner was able to relocate many of the mobile homes, and even funded the relocation work at its own cost.
