The Office Centers announces plans for expansion
February 11, 2022The Office Centers, which offers flexible, full-service executive office suites and business services, recently announced plans to expand to a fourth location serving the Golden Strip area, including the I-385 corridor in Mauldin, Simpsonville, and Fountain Inn.
The new location will be at the corner of South Main Street and Bethel Road, between I-385 and the new Maverick Station in downtown Mauldin. The building previously was owned by Mount Vernon Mills. The Office Centers plans to expand its services to the second floor of the building, while leasing the bottom floor back to the current occupants.
The Office Centers in Mauldin will offer a variety of private, flexible office spaces with windows, featuring 24/7 access, an answering service, conference and meeting room accessibility, and multiple common areas supplied with business equipment. Virtual office options also will be available, including business services and flex-office privileges.
“Businesses in the area will be provided a convenient location to rent single or multiple offices with full-service business support and parking,” says Jon Pickhardt, Director of Operations for The Office Centers. “Our business model allows companies to expand or contract their space and/or service requirements as their operating needs change.”
The Office Centers currently serves more than 200 businesses through three existing Upstate locations at The Point, Downtown Greenville, and Merovan. Plans are for the Mauldin location to open in Spring 2022.
The Office Centers was established in 1990 to provide full-service office suites and business services in the Greenville, S.C. area to provide businesses and entrepreneurs executive space to work, meet with clients, and have administrative assistance to support growing business needs.
