COLUMBIA, SC – May 2, 2007 — Columbia-based human resource provider Human Resource Dynamics has significantly increased its capabilities with the merger and acquisition of two complementary companies: Management Advisory Services (MAS) and Training Plus.

The expansion of Human Resource Dynamics, already a leader in labor law compliance and policy/procedure development, fulfills owner JoAnn Moss’ vision to create a comprehensive human resources consulting firm for South Carolina. “I could not be more proud of the dynamic team we have been able to gather under one roof,” said Moss. “This group’s enthusiasm, experience and dedication will catapult Human Resource Dynamics to the next level in terms of overall quality and service options.”

The new team includes MAS President Jonathan Marcy, who brings extensive experience in supervisory solutions and upper-level corporate training. With certifications to administer a multitude of profiling assessments, Marcy strives to instigate changed based on individual and group strengths and weaknesses. “Throughout its existence, MAS has been devoted to delivering a strong infrastructure of excellent leadership and effective communications,” said Marcy. “The goal is to move participants beyond the training toward effective execution of leadership principles.”

Training Plus, under the leadership of Carolyn Wignes, adds team chartering, team building and team interventions to the Human Resource Dynamics service roster. Wignes’ expertise in change management, meeting facilitation, 360° feedback systems and performance management systems is supported by several certifications including: FranklinCovey’s 7-Habits of Highly Effective People, Development Dimensions Inc.’s (DDI) products, AchieveGlobal’s products and more. Wignes has worked with individuals and teams to improve personal accountability to ensure a more synergistic work force. I am thrilled to be part of the HRD expansion,” said Wignes. “The new dimensions we can offer as group will fill voids in the human resource arena and provide clients with more comprehensive services.
