Threshold is at it again with their 2nd annual SHAKESPEARE AT THE REP; Community Summer Workshop. Mistaken identity, gender confusion and a comedic love triangle makes Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night a family favorite. Drunkenness, twins, and cross dressing create a Shakespearian ‘shipwreck’ not to be missed.

In the kingdom of Lliad, the Duke Orsino longs for the love of Lady Olivia. Lady Olivia is not interested. Meanwhile on the far side of the island an unfortunate shipwreck leaves the young woman, Viola,  alone. Assuming her brother, Sebastian, has perished in the wreck she takes on his identity and finds work in the house of Orsino. A maze of mishaps ensue as she falls in love with the Duke.

All participants are volunteers of all ages drawn together by the love for theatre to learn about Shakespeare and present a classic. Tickets are at the low price of $10 and it’s a great way for the entire family to spend a summer evening.
