Just weeks shy of their third anniversary on April 5, 2024, 1st Choice AC, Heating, Plumbing, & Gas announced their relocation to a new, larger facility to better serve the Mount Pleasant, Islands, Charleston, and surrounding tri-county areas. The trusted home comfort company will be moving to 2079 Wambaw Creek Road, Unit 3, Charleston, S.C. 29492 effective April 1, 2024.

The new location offers several advantages for 1st Choice customers:

Increased Space: The new facility provides significantly more space, allowing 1st Choice to expand its inventory and streamline operations, leading to faster service for customers. It will allow them to have the best in-house training available for the entire team, a full sheet metal shop to make custom fittings and ductwork and to do custom metal fabrication for other companies. They will be able to keep their excavator and other heavy equipment on site and be ready to install, repair and replace water lines, drain lines, sewer lines and gas lines through the plumbing and gas departments.

Enhanced Customer Experience: The expansion of the dedicated customer service and in house accounting departments will make scheduling and completing transactions a breeze.
