Witness the Celestial Spectacle: Solar Eclipse Party at Laurens Library

The Laurens Library invites you to a Solar Eclipse Party on April 8th, at 1 pm. This gathering promises an afternoon filled with out-of-this-world activities and games, culminating in the breathtaking sight of a partial eclipse of the sun starting at 1:50 pm.

The Laurens Library, located at 1017 W. Main Street, in Laurens, is gearing up to host a celebration like no other. With engaging activities and games, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. And to ensure a safe viewing experience, eclipse glasses will be provided while supplies last.

But the excitement doesn’t end there!

Before the main event, there’s a pre-eclipse party happening at the Clinton Library (107 Jacobs Highway, Clinton) on April 1st, starting at 11 a.m. So, mark your calendars and bring the whole family along for a day of fun and discovery.

Both events are free and open to the public. Whether you’re a seasoned astronomy enthusiast or simply curious about the cosmos, these events promise an fun learning experience.
