1×1 Design Celebrates 4 Years

COLUMBIA, SC – On June 1, 2015, 1×1 Design marks the fourth anniversary as a company. Since the formation of the company, 1×1 Design has grown a portfolio of in-progress projects and completed projects across many market segments and across 5 states.
In the past year, 1×1 Design has completed projects including the renovations to Nickelodeon Theatre, renovations for SimpleSurance, a new location for Drive Smart, renovations for Dorchester School District Two and University of South Carolina, renovations for the Columbia location of Kaminsky’s, renovations for Tucker Oil, and the completion of HiWire 2.0.
“As we look forward to the next year, it’s difficult to not get excited about the types of clients with whom we get the pleasure of working and the projects we have ahead of us. Additionally, it is wonderful to see not only the growth of the firm, but the growth of each of our team members both personally and professionally, “states Asheley Scott, firm President. “This year, especially, we have also been honored to have both clients and employees returning to the firm, and it is a wonderful compliment to the work we have done.”
Projects in progress include sanctuary renovations at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and Trenholm Road United Methodist Church, the headquarters relocation for United Way of the Midlands, renovations for General Information Services and Northwestern Mutual, and continued work with University Foundations, Columbia Metropolitan Airport, and Owen Real Estate.
