25 Calhoun, Now 93% Leased, Welcomes Smith Moore Leatherwood and Colliers

CHARLESTON, SC – January 11, 2012 – 25 Calhoun is now 93% leased with Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP and Colliers International adding to the building’s outstanding clientele which also includes: Young Clement Rivers LLP, Robert W. Baird & Co, 7 Calhoun Boutique Hotel & Residences, and Durlach Associates.

Holder Properties and Durlach Associates represented the landlord in leasing 7,852 square feet at 25 Calhoun in the City of Charleston to Smith Moore Leatherwood. Mark Mattison and Hagood Morrison with Colliers International represented the tenant.

Holder Properties and Durlach Associates represented the landlord in leasing 3,348 square feet at 25 Calhoun in the City of Charleston to Colliers International. Colliers International was self-represented. A development of Holder Properties and Durlach Associates, 25 Calhoun opened November 1st of this year and is the first large multi-tenant office building to open on the peninsula in about five years. 25 Calhoun is Charleston’s first LEED® registered New Construction Core & Shell office building.
