We are currently seeking a highly qualified and fully licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid setting, ensuring a balanced schedule and promoting a healthy work-life integration. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will implement a systematic approach to supervision and training services to help ensure the provision of quality services for clients through the adherence of professional ethics and best practices in the field of counseling, and the use of established Thornwell practices, insurance regulations, and Council on Accreditation (COA) standards. The Supervisor will develop and maintain a diverse network of community and congregational relationships to ensure program development and sustainability. The supervisor will provide clinical supervision, using an attachment-based approach with the foundation of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) principles, both virtually and in person.
As a faith-based organization, Thornwell’s Building Families program partners with local host churches and other organizations. Candidates must be independent, driven, and enhance our joyful, connected, and upbeat work culture. We provide attachment-focused, trauma-informed, in-home and telehealth counseling to children with a family systems approach.
