A brief statement from Chappell, Smith & Arden regarding the death of William Beau Busch

We are saddened at the tragic loss of our colleague, Beau Busch.
Chappell, Smith & Arden is a close family where Beau served our clients for more than a decade. He was a beacon of hope to injured workers and was always committed to protecting their rights.
Beau was born in Columbia, SC and was the son of Jennifer Rash of Yonges Island, South Carolina and Elloree Mayor Stan Busch. He traveled the world while growing up and his experiences gave him unique insights on life and work, which later translated to his caring treatment of his clients. He was a 1996 graduate of The Citadel and a 2002 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law.
“We will think of Beau every day and remember how much he loved the law and his clients. We lost a brother. It is our honor to carry on his legacy,” stated Mark Chappell.
