A Day of Shootin' and Shuckin' Helps Wildlife
October 28, 2009COLUMBIA, SC – Celebrate fall with a great day outdoors at the 2nd annual Shootin’ and Shuckin’ skeet shoot and oyster roast on Saturday, November 7th in Eastover.
The friendly skeet competition kicks off at the Indigo Club at 12:00 pm, followed by an oyster roast at 3:00 pm offering the most spectacular views of the Wateree River on nearby Cooks Mountain.
Oysters, chili, potato bar, and cocktails are being served. Live music and a few wildlife friends will be also be on hand entertaining guests.
Oyster roast tickets are $30. Skeet shoot participants add $20.
All proceeds from Shootin’ and Shuckin’ will benefit injured and orphaned wildlife at Carolina Wildlife Care.
