Spartanburg, SC is undergoing a tremendous resurgence in terms of new investment, new jobs and new developments projects. Over the past two years, Spartanburg has recorded nearly 60% of the Upstate’s total investment and nearly a third of the total investment statewide. But they are not resting on their laurels.
