Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Parfait

Fresh blueberries, oatmeal, vanilla yogurt and granola come together beautifully in this delicious breakfast parfait. Enjoy at home or use disposable cups to eat on the way to school
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oatmeal (preferably not the quick cooking kind)
Salt (pinch)
Stevia powder (or other natural sweetener), to taste
1 cup of water
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed
Greek vanilla yogurt (dollop)
Granola (1 Tsp
Directions:
1. Place oatmeal, salt, sweetener, and water in a microwaveable container.
2. Cook on high for 3 minutes.
3. Stir and allow to cool for 30 seconds.
4. Place spoonful of oatmeal in a cup, parfait dish, or small bowl.
5. Place a layer of blueberries on top of oatmeal.
6. Repeat for one more layer.
7. Add dollop of yogurt on top.
8. Sprinkle with granola and top with a fresh blueberry.
