Calling All Makers: Columbia, S.C.’s Largest Indie Craft Fair, Crafty Feast, is Now Accepting Applications

June 30, 2015

COLUMBIA, SC – Crafty Feast, the Midlands’ largest indie craft fair, is now accepting vendor applications for its annual show, to be held on Sunday, December 13, from 12 – 6 p.m. at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center in Columbia, South Carolina. The deadline to apply is July 31, 2015.

Since 2009, Crafty Feast has brought together hundreds of unique, inventive crafters to celebrate the rapidly growing small, indie business scene. Vendors sell everything from fine leather handbags and modern succulent terrariums to repurposed clothing and up-cycled light fixtures made from gasoline cans. To ensure an environment of quality and integrity, resellers are not permitted.

An independent jury of regional artists, crafters and arts sector leaders will conduct the vendor selection process. To support and encourage startup businesses and indie artisans, booth fees have been kept as low as possible, at $75 per 10’ x 10’ space.

Crafty Feast has been featured in several major publications in the Midlands including Free Times, Jasper Magazine and The State Newspaper. It is known as “the place where hipsters [including hip moms and dads] go to buy all of their Christmas presents.”

Deadline to apply for Crafty Feast is July 31, 2015. For more information and to apply online, please visit www.craftyfeast.com.
