Carolina Financial Corporation Stock Now Listed on NASDAQ

CHARLESTON, SC – Carolina Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: CARO), the parent company of CresCom Bank, announced today that its public stock has transitioned from the OTCQB marketplace (“OTCQB”) to the NASDAQ Capital Market as of July 1, 2014.
As of June 27, 2014, CARO closed at $20.00 a share and its market value of all shares (4,041,460 outstanding shares total as of June 27, 2014) equaled $80,829,200.
