Chris Allen Joins Jim Dyke & Associates

CHARLESTON, SC – September 1, 2009 – Jim Dyke & Associates announced, today, the hiring of Chris Allen as Managing Director in the firm’s Charleston, S.C. office.  Allen, who has extensive experience in communications and campaign management, will focus corporate and political communications, campaign strategies and crisis management.

Chris most recently served as Associate to the Chairman and CEO at Greystar Real Estate Partners, a national full service real estate investment firm.  In this role, he streamlined nationwide operations, developed and managed a strategic planning process that included a communications structure for company stakeholders and more than 4,200 team members.

Prior to Greystar, Chris served as South Carolina Political Director for the John McCain 2008 Presidential Campaign where he built upon his previously established statewide network of grassroots, political and business leaders.  In 2006, Chris joined Senator McCain’s Straight Talk America PAC after serving for four years as a Personal Aide and advisor to Governor Mark Sanford.
