City Center Partnership’s Karel Givens accepted to IDA’s Emerging Leader Fellowship Program

COLUMBIA, SC  – City Center Partnership (CCP) is pleased to announce Karel Givens, Vice President, Administration & Development of CCP, has been accepted to IDA’s 2017 Emerging Leader Fellowship Program.  The class will be held during June in New York City.

 

About IDA Emerging Leadership Program

The International Downtown Association is a world leader and champion for vital and livable urban centers.  The organization’s Emerging Leader Fellowship program brings together a cohort of IDA professionals from within the urban district management industry. The fellows learn essential leadership and place management skills, and gain practical tools in the areas of place-based economic development, the live-work-play experience, and public-private partnerships. The popular 2016 program accepted 26 professionals, hailing from three countries and 18 provinces or states.
