City Center Partnership Announces New Director of Operations for its Yellow Shirt Ambassadors

COLUMBIA, SC – City Center Partnership announce that Allen Franklin is the new Director of Operations for the Business Improvement District’s (BID) Yellow Shirt Ambassadors.

 

About Allen Franklin

Prior to joining CCP, Mr. Franklin served as Field Consultant for 7-Eleven stores.  He oversaw a group of 10 stores with $10-20 million in revenue.  He monitored all aspects of store operations, including coaching and assistance to store management; promoting efficiency to maximize store profitability; and ensuring key processes were in place through store visits, store and staff evaluations, and data analysis.  Mr. Franklin graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor of science in Business Management with a minor in engineering, and he is a former basketball player for the USC Gamecocks.

 

About the Yellow Shirt Ambassadors

Since 2002, City Center Partnership’s ambassadors have made a significant impact in the safety, cleanliness, and overall quality of life in the 36-block downtown Business Improvement District (BID) bounded by Gervais, Elmwood, Assembly, and Marion streets.  Due to steady business and residential growth and increased foot traffic in the downtown BID, the clean and safety program continues to expand.  For their complimentary shuttle service within the BID and to and from the Vista, call 803-309-7758.
