City of Columbia accepting submissions for Youth Violence Prevention Expo

The City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department is accepting submissions for the Youth Violence Prevention Expo, which will be held during National Youth Violence Prevention Week in April.

The expo will be held on Monday, April 4 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Dutch Square, 421 Bush River Road.

The Youth Violence Prevention Expo is open to agencies and organizations that support programs, resources, activities and events encouraging youth to make better life choices.

The Parks and Recreation Department and the Columbia Police Department have partnered to host a series of youth violence prevention activities during the week of April 3-8.
