City of Columbia announces new hours for Customer Care Center

The City of Columbia announced the new hours of operation for the Customer Care Center, effective September 30. To better serve the needs of callers, the Customer Care Center will now be open 24 hours a day.

The new hours of operation will make it easier for callers to receive information from a live representative and report non-emergency and emergency concerns. Prior to the extended service hours, callers were routed to an answering service where they were limited to reporting emergencies only.

Customer Care Center representatives look forward to being of service and hope that callers will find these new hours more convenient.
