Colliers brokers represented NorthEnd Private Wealth in the expansion of premier location in Downtown Greenville

Colliers’ office brokerage team Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM, Brantley Anderson, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented NorthEnd Private Wealth in the renewal and expansion totaling 6,454 square feet at The Ogletree Building at 300 N Main Street in Downtown Greenville, SC.

NorthEnd will transition from the second floor at the start of the new year after the completion of renovations on the third floor.
