Colliers International’s AgFirst Team receives the 2014 Management Services Award

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International South Carolina, and its affiliate, LCK, presented the 2014 Management Services Award to its AgFirst Team. This group of property management, project management and maintenance professionals includes Kim Butler, CPM, De’Adrian Coley, Ashley Crenshaw, Brian Davis, LEED AP BD+C, Norman Moak, Shelly Pyle and Shanna Temple-Gordon.

agF111This award is presented annually in recognition of individuals who exhibit exceptional performance while excelling in customer satisfaction. The AgFirst Team represented AgFirst Farm Credit Bank in providing property and project management services in 2014 for the construction of its 110,000 square foot renovation, five tenant improvement projects and 24 capital improvement assignments – the majority of which were completed simultaneously over a six-month period at 1901 Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina. AgFirst Farm Credit Bank acquired the property in the fourth quarter of 2013.
