Colliers International announces Debbie Lane as new Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate Management Services

New Director to oversee largest commercial property management portfolio in South Carolina.
COLUMBIA, SC – Debbie Lane, CPM, an accomplished leader in the real estate field, has joined Colliers International | South Carolina as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Management Services (REMS). Her addition to the leadership team was the result of a lengthy and extensive search across the Southeast.
In this new capacity, Lane will lead Colliers’ statewide property management initiatives, as well as oversee the management of the commercial property portfolio, which includes over 12 million total square feet of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and healthcare properties across South Carolina.

Previously, Lane worked for Bank of America, N.A. and its predecessors for 35 years serving most recently as Senior Vice President and Eastern Region Real Estate Services Manager. She was accountable for the delivery of real estate investment services to clients of Bank of America’s Global Wealth and Investment Management Division, which included clients of both U.S. Trust and the bank’s affiliate, Merrill Lynch.
Debbie is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a graduate of the College of Charleston. She is also an Emeritus Member of the National Association of Trust Real Estate. Her community involvement includes volunteer and leadership roles through the United Way of the Midlands, Women in Philanthropy and Habitat for Humanity. She is a member of Shandon United Methodist Church.
