Colliers International brings organ preservation and transplant company to Corporate Center I-85

Colliers International’s industrial/flex brokerage team members Richard Barrett, MCR and Brannan Hudson represented the landlord, Peter E. Weisman / Kinney Hill Associates, LLC, in the lease of ±11,300 square feet of industrial flex space at Corporate Center Business Park to Global Transplant Solutions, Inc.
Global Transplant Solutions is an organ preservation and transplant company committed to developing products that aid in organ donation around the world. They currently have dedicated distribution centers in Toronto, Ontario and Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Corporate Center is a ±400,000-square-foot business park located off Interstate 85 Business in Spartanburg with quick access to many local interstates and airports. Global Transplant Solutions occupied the ±11,300-square-foot suite on April 1 of this year.
