Colliers International brings radio station 92.1 FM The Palm to 1010 Gervais Street

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s John Sellers and Tommy Tapp, CPM brokered a lease to Hometown Columbia, LLC to be located at 1010 Gervais Street. Sellers and Tapp represented the landlord, Gervais Street Associates, in the 4,364 square foot transaction.

Hometown Columbia, LLC is the owner of radio station 92.1 FM The Palm, whose owner lives in Columbia. Billing itself as, “Handpicked Music on Hometown Radio,” the Palm plays different artists from different genres based on local audience feedback.
