Colliers International brokers 263,000 SF industrial lease

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Sam Myers represented the landlord in the lease of a 263,374 square foot industrial building located at 375 Metropolitan Drive in in West Columbia.

CB&I, the new tenant, will be using the building for support services for its nuclear construction division at the V.C. Summer Nuclear plant in Jenkinsville, S.C. Reger Holdings purchased the property in December 2014.
