Colliers International brokers three properties, totaling $12.9 million

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Sam Myers completed the sale of three industrial properties totaling nearly 840,000 square feet for $12.875 million.

Reger Holdings of West Seneca New York purchased all three properties, increasing its South Carolina industrial portfolio to 23 buildings totaling over 3,000,000 square feet. All three properties were vacant at the time of sale.

The properties include:

• 358 Ascauga Lake Road, a 454,000 square foot former textile plant in Aiken County most recently used as a distribution center.
• 209 Flintlake Road, a 122,000 square foot distribution center in Richland County.
• 375 Metropolitan Drive, a 263,000 square foot SF Class A manufacturing building located in the CAE Enterprise Park in Lexington County near the Columbia Metropolitan Airport.
