Colliers International expands its Real Estate Management portfolio with Gateway Village in Clemson

CLEMSON, SC – Colliers International announces the expansion of its real estate management services portfolio with the addition of Gateway Village, located at 1390 Tiger Boulevard in Clemson, South Carolina. With 77,543 square feet of space, Gateway Village includes retailers like Publix, GNC, IHOP, TCBY, McAlister’s Deli, Red Bowl and more.
Will Nelson, CPM, will be responsible for the real estate management services for the property. Nelson brings a wealth of real estate management experience to the role. He has been responsible for a wide range of property types, including office, retail, medical, industrial, flex and parking facilities. Nelson’s responsibilities at Colliers include retail brokerage as well as real estate management.
Colliers International, an IREM Accredited Management Organization, is the largest manager of commercial property in South Carolina with offices located in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville. Colliers employs 18 property managers and 13 support personnel, with an average of over 16 years’ property management experience, and 27 maintenance technicians.
