Colliers International represents landlord in lease at Montague Commerce Park to local candle company

Colliers International’s Hagood Morrison, SIOR, MBA represented Goer Drive Investors, LLC, the landlord, in the lease of industrial and office space at Montague Commerce Park to Rewined, LLC. The lease consists of an approximately 34,872-square-foot warehouse and 4,090 square feet of office space.
Montague Commerce Park is a local industrial landmark and is located at 4500 Goer Drive in North Charleston. It lies at the intersection of I-26 and Montague Avenue. The facility was previously the site of several movie and television productions, most notably the last Danny McBride series “Vice Principals”, which plans to continue filming in the park. The facility was recently purchased with the intent to improve it and attract new manufacturers and users.
“Rewined’s decision to relocate to Montague Commerce Park validates the park as the best facility for centrally located, light industrial uses,” said Morrison. “Creative companies seeking to supply the peninsula and surrounding areas want to be in this location. With the manufacturing resurgence of the area, we will see more such companies in the future.”
Rewined is a high-growth local company that repurposes wine bottles into candle vessels. They wanted to remain in the general area but needed a manufacturing and distribution facility. Montague Commerce Park offered just that.
Morrison specializes in industrial brokerage in Charleston and the surrounding region, representing logistics companies and manufacturers and brokering a variety of industrial sales. He also focuses on real estate investment transactions and brings an institutional mindset to building owners.
