Colliers International, South Carolina promotes three to Vice President

Promotions acknowledge commitment to clients and success in commercial real estate brokerage

Colliers International | South Carolina has named Dave Mathews, SIOR, Mark Mattison, CCIM, SIOR and Givens Stewart, SIOR Vice Presidents of the firm. The Vice President title is a recognition of their commitment to Colliers’ clients’ successes and successful commercial real estate brokerage transactions.

Mathews, who has worked in the Columbia office for almost 10 years, is an industrial real estate specialist and a member of the Colliers International industrial team, which offers a platform of services for both landlords and tenants. He has been consistently recognized in the commercial real estate community, receiving the Circle of Excellence award from the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association and being named a CoStar Power Broker for multiple years.

Mattison specializes in office and medical office brokerage in the Charleston market, representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords for office and medical office buildings and land. He has over 16 years’ experience in commercial real estate brokerage. A member of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®, Mattison is part of the Commercial Investment Division and is pursuing his Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CORNET.

Stewart has worked in the Greenville office for over 15 years as an industrial sales and leasing specialist. He has been awarded and recognized on multiple occasions during his career with Colliers for his consistent performance. In 2005, he received the Commercial Broker of the Year from the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®. He has been presented the Walter M. Keenan Award as Colliers’ statewide leading producer in 2007 and 2015, the Transaction of the Year award (2015) and the Everest Club award (2014 and 2015).
