Colliers International welcomes Cassie Grant and Hagood S. Morrison

New Retail Services Coordinator and Brokerage Associate highlight the growth of the commercial real estate enterprise’s growth in Charleston

CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International announces the addition of Cassie Grant as Retail Services Coordinator and Hagood S. Morrison as Brokerage Associate. The hires are the result of strong growth, both in the Charleston location for Colliers International and for the overall Charleston commercial real estate market.

Grant will be working with the Retail Services Group where she will prepare market analyses, site tour materials, and maintain deal updates and leasing reports. Prior to becoming Retail Services Coordinator, Grant worked as a Property Manager with Phillips Management Group. Grant was awarded the Star Employee award in her last position as recognition of her accomplishments and dedication to her work. Grant brings over eight years of property management experience to her new role.

Morrison, whose brokerage work will focus on investment sales, will market to and assist clients with finding commercial real estate investment opportunities. Prior to joining Colliers International as Investment Sales Broker, Morrison was a Senior Investment Analyst at Molto Properties. He has been involved in over $200 million in equity and debt transactions. Morrison brings principal-side acquisitions and development experience to his new role in industrial, office, retail, and residential properties. Morrison is a graduate of Washington and Lee University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
