Colliers leases office space in Cottontown located within the NOMA district

Colliers | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented Cason Development Group in the lease of a ±3,000-square-foot office space at 2144 Sumter Street to The Behavior Co.
The property is located in Cottontown, a revitalized commercial and residential neighborhood within the North Main (NOMA) District. This area features trendy retail shops, coffee shops, restaurants and modern office spaces steps away from the established neighborhood.
2144 Sumter Street was previously occupied and fully redeveloped by Cason Development Group. The space features modern finishes, including an open barrel-style ceiling with exposed ductwork, rolling glass doors to create oversized meeting spaces and a private outdoor patio/greenspace.
