There will be four race courses, staffed by over 60 volunteers plus many onshore volunteers.   Sailors from ages 7 to 75 from all over the Southeast will be competing.

“Columbia Sailing Club will be introducing the “Bridge of Doom”  on the course to test the sailor’s boat handling skills and will adds lots of fun and drama.” Said Dave Van Cleef, Columbia Sailing Club Sailing Director. “On one reaching leg, the sailors will have to heel over to get under an inflatable arch, the “Bridge of Doom” bringing challenging course obstacles and an X-Games feeling to Youth Sailing.”
