Butler College Counseling

Butler College Counseling provides high school students and families with college and postsecondary education planning, career counseling, course advisement, college application assistance, letters of recommendation, scholarship research and management, and much more.

Led by Emily Butler, a former college counselor in both public and private school settings, she offers one-on-one college counseling and planning services to help students and their families navigate the often confusing and overwhelming application process. Every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential when given the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Believing that everyone should have access to education, Emily empowers students to reach their goals with free college counseling and career planning to under-served students in Greenville through her volunteer work with Girl Up GVL and the BelAire community. Her vision is to see equal access to college and career planning resources for all students, regardless of income or social circumstances.
