Engenius recognized by American Advertising Federation

February 22, 2016

The American Advertising Federation of Greenville recognized Engenius for the company’s work with NEXT, an entrepreneur-focused group of the Greenville Chamber.

Engenius received a 2016 Silver ADDY Award in the category of Public Service Online/Interactive for the company’s work on the NEXT website.

The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition. Conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the local Ad Club phase is the first of a three-tier, national competition. Along with other local winners, Engenius will now move forward to compete in the second tier for a District ADDY award in one of 15 district competitions. If chosen, Engenius would then be eligible to compete on the national level.

“Many people think these awards are reserved for large, full-service advertising agencies that develop print ads, billboards, commercials and radio spots,” said Rachel Testa, marketing director of Engenius. “We are pleased to receive such a prestigious award in the first year we have entered this competition, and we feel that it is a huge step for Engenius as we continue to move forward.”

The AAF Awards Gala took place Saturday, February 20 at Zen in Downtown Greenville.
