Accessibility Morning – Clifford
February 10 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Saturday, February 10 | 9 – 11 a.m.
Guests who are neurodiverse or have disabilities are invited to enjoy a sensory-friendly show, meet program partners and experience the museum at their own pace.
This program provides free access for families of children, teenagers, young adults and adults who would benefit from a quieter, sensory-friendly and disability-adapted experience at the museum.
During this event, guests may meet a character from Clifford the Big Red Dog for a special book reading, experience a sensory-friendly show in the museum’s planetarium and explore the museum’s galleries and exhibitions.
An ASL Interpreter will be available during the 9:45 a.m. sensory show and 10:30 a.m. story time. ASL interpretation is sponsored by Colonial Life and provided by certified interpreters through the SC School for the Deaf and Blind.
General admission to Accessibility Mornings is free for all participants, online registration is highly recommended.
