On Saturday, October 28, 2023, Davidson Baptist Church is gearing up to express their gratitude and appreciation for the heroes who serve tirelessly every day. To commemorate National First Responder Day, a special breakfast event is being organized at Davidson Street Baptist Church, located at 400 Davidson St. Clinton. The event is scheduled from 6:30 am to 7:30 am, welcoming all first responders in the community.

This breakfast event is sponsored by CNNGA and Laurens CPW, illustrating the collective support and recognition for the outstanding efforts of first responders. These individuals, including police, fire, EMS and dispatchers dedicate their lives to safeguarding and caring for the American populace.

National First Responder Day, designated on October 28th, was established in 2019 through a resolution passed by the United States Senate. It serves as a meaningful day to honor and acknowledge the unwavering commitment and sacrifices made by these brave men and women in the line of duty.
