In honor of the thousands of lives lost on September 11, 2001, the community is invited to join CrossFit864 for a special 9/11 Hero Walk this Thursday, September 11, at 12:00 noon. The event will begin at Clinton City Hall and serve as a solemn reminder of the sacrifices made on that tragic day.

Participants are encouraged to bring an American flag and walk together in silent remembrance, paying tribute to the first responders, military personnel, and civilians who were killed in the terrorist attacks 23 years ago.

“This walk is a small way for us to honor the bravery, sacrifice, and unity that defined our nation in the wake of 9/11,” said Janice Long of CrossFit864. “We will never forget the lives lost or the heroes who ran toward danger to help others. This is about remembering—and coming together as a community to do it.”

The Hero Walk is open to all ages and fitness levels. No registration is required.
