Walk, Run & Roll for Brain Injury Awareness 2026
March 22 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The Brain Injury Association of South Carolina (BIASC) invites the Midlands community to take part in the Walk, Run & Roll for Brain Injury Awareness on Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 2–5 p.m., bringing together survivors, families, caregivers, and supporters from across the region.
Held during Brain Injury Awareness Month, the event highlights the importance of awareness, support, and resources for individuals living with brain injury.
The Columbia event will feature a community walk, run or roll through the Canalside neighborhood followed by a reception with DJ Preach Jacobs, food, children’s activities, and opportunities to connect with others who share a commitment to supporting the brain injury community.
Brain injury can affect anyone and may result from causes such as motor vehicle crashes, falls, military service, intimate partner violence, and opioid and other substance misuse.
In addition to the Columbia event, Walk, Run & Roll events will also take place in Charleston and the Upstate, creating a unified statewide effort to raise awareness and funds for brain injury programs.
Proceeds support BIASC’s mission of creating a better future through brain injury prevention, research, education, and advocacy.
