Florida marine acquistion

Carolina Commercial, LLC announced the sale of the Fort Lauderdale Boatyard and Marina in Fort Lauderdale, FL to Atlantic Marina Holdings, LLC. Dunston Powell, CCIM with Carolina commercial, LLC represented the purchaser in the $14,100,000 acquisition. This is the 10th marina that Dunston has sold.
